Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel good about every Powrmuse purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

Returns

You can request a return for an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and have its original tags attached. Please include the original packaging whenever possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos so we can review it quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full or partial refund. If we ask you to return an approved defective item, Powrmuse will cover the return shipping cost.

Changed Your Mind?

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For standard returns, customers cover the return shipping cost, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us to request an exchange. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement. A small shipping fee may apply depending on your location.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

Bodysuits
Swimwear
Intimates
Earrings
Gift cards
Final sale items

Refunds

We’ll inspect your item after it arrives. If the return is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the funds in your account.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please submit cancellation requests and shipping address changes within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to update your order.
